I have been picking flowers for months just to make this. Little bags make GREAT gifts and so many scents to choose from.

We pride ourselves in finding locally handmade items which make unique gifts. I have been picking flowers everywhere for use in making potpourri. It's amazing how good flowers make you feel :)

Mossy Bird

Started with a $1 bird cut out (wooden), added dried moss and flowers, some bark, and a button. Finished off the edges with scrap material. Love it!

A friend and co-worker of mine recently passed away at the age of 45. Still not sure what the 'cause' was as he was fine one day, had a seizure was fine, had another one and never came out of it. His mother is a dear, sweet lady who was the single mom of two boys. I offered to take the flowers from his funeral and make potpourri out of them for her. Delivered it today. She was very pleased. So glad I was able to do this little thing for her.

Flowers!

Well, right when you get used to the warm weather (70's-80's), a cold snap comes (50's) which means all the beautiful flowers coming up are under a freeze warning.....uggghhh! Maybe I'll just put some of these pretty arrangements out and not worry about it for now :)

Any of these would be a great gift for Mom next month!
